Do your peels fit domestic and commercial ovens?
We supply 8, 10, 12 and 14 inch heads. The 12 inch with folding handle is the most-shipped size for home oven programs; commercial deck ovens usually take the 14 inch with a long fixed handle.
What aluminium alloy do you use for tortilla presses?
Cast aluminum ADC12 with a machined flat pressing face, so the tortilla thickness stays even across the disc. Handle and hinge are steel, powder-coated.
Can the peel handle be branded?
Yes — laser or burned logo on wood handles from 500 pcs, printed or debossed logo on folding handles from 1,000 pcs.
